From Fandom wank wiki

This is what happens to you when you go too far. Whether by being a troll or an incurable asshat, wanking in the wrong place at the wrong time, or by breaking the rules, you can get banned. Maybe then you'll be sorry. (See also: How To Get Banned.)

Usually, banned people can continue to lurk, and may even post anonymously. But on some places (like this wiki and YTMND), not only can you not do anything, you can't see shit.
