Anyone who attempts to weasel out of accusations of being an asshat/making no sense whatsoever/some combination thereof by claiming to have been too tired to think clearly shall be force-fed sleeping pills, tied to his/her bed with modem cables, and watched over by armed guards until he/she gets at least sixteen hours of sleep.
