Whoever storms out of a community, declaring that the community is "elitist" is automatically the loser. Additionally, anyone who claims they're too good for the community they're leaving automatically loses as well.

Elfy's Law, corollary to [also: The Boxer effect]

In honor of Paul Simon's famous song "the Boxer" in which the lyrics goes:

...till he cried out in his anger and his shame,

"I am leaving, I am leaving."

But the fighter still remains.

Anyone making a fist wavin' "Everyone sucks, everything here sucks and I am leaving." post but does not substantiate his claim by actually leaving, loses the right to argue anything in the implied community ever again.
