Fandom_Wank isn't the Fandom Police, nor is it the sadly-neglected Fandom Court (still seeking kittens!). In the midst of yet another serious discussion about fandom and Fandom_Wank's role in it, nopseud's description of a Fandom_Wank judicial system was extremely apt:

“	If the justice system worked like f_w, then a court case would consist of the prosecuter bringing a case to courtroom, where the judge and jury would sit around, having the trial on their own. The defendant could show up, if they felt like it, but no one from the court would tell them the trial was on, and pretty much all showing up would do would be to make the trial last longer. And then when the judge and jury were bored of talking about the evidence, the case would just be dropped and another prosecuter would bring in something else.	”
