Also known as the Russian Reversal, the "In Soviet Russia..." meme did not originate on Fandom Wank, but was actually created by the comedian Yakov Smirnoff.
In its popular internet form, the joke turns a normal sentence of "[subject] [verb] [object]" into "IN SOVIET RUSSIA, [object] [verb]s YOU!"
