The first person to diagnose someone's "problems" from their fanfic/LJ comments (i.e., "You're obviously troubled because you write incest pairings") shall be declared the automatic loser of the argument and placed on the medication they themselves recommend until they calm down.

Similarly, the first person to diagnose someone's "problems" from a critique of fanfic (i.e., "You're obviously criticizing my slashfic because you just wish you could write that openly about homosexuality, you closet case") shall be declared the automatic loser of the argument and forced to take large doses of Reality.

If one is able to cite an obscure psychological disorder that could apply, including its current DSMIV-R code, one may have a cookie before the beatings commence.
