Many things, and people, are like Jesus, in a way. Even Fandom Wank is, since we came back from the dead on our own free will, as did Jesus.

The meme comes from a situation in the Firefly fandom,[1] where a batshit insane fan placed someone else's fan video on his website without her permission.[2][3] Wank ensued -- he refused to take it down, and said his bandwidth was a gift -- in fact, he was "like Jesus, in a way".

(He also compared his opponent to "Satan's little midget helper", but unfortunately that phrase didn't become a meme for some reason.)
