August 7, 2005: Sugarpuss, the moderator of a LiveJournal rating community, spams several journals in an attempt to increase membership. One of the journals she spams is that of an RPG character, Lord Voldemort. After some discussion, Lord Voldemort dutifully submits an application to the rating community, as invited. Sugarpuss is not amused.
In fact, Sugarpuss continues to not be amused and to share her dismay in reply after reply on I_Wank. Highlights of the wank include an attempt to report JournalFen to LJ Abuse for "stealing" their (open-source) code.[1]
This goes down in history as the first wank on I_Wank to receive over 1000 comments.
