RDR Books is a small publishing house based out of Muskegon, Michigan, which is currently emrboiled in Lexicongate, the legal fight to publish Steve Vander Ark's The Harry Potter Lexicon against the wishes of JK Rowling.

Although fair use clearly dictates that Steve can do whatever he wants with the Lexicon, his contract states that RDR shall assume all liability if Rowling sues them into oblivion. The company thus has everything to gain and nothing to lose by fighting to the death.
