The Noble and Most Ancient House of Menolike
From Fandom wank wiki
May 4, 2006: Menolike doesn't like JKR releasing background information about characters during interviews. She makes sure the LJ community HP Theories knows about this, with what some might call a lack of tact. [1] Rowling, she says, is a hack compared to 'Bernard Show (sic)', Mark Twain, and 'Tolkeins (sic)'.
| “ | Tolkeins, Created a world and introduced the characters in different stories, each with a plot, no matter how small (No! there IS NO COMPARISON BETWEEN HIM AND JKR. They're not the only writers to create a fictional world. e.g. A Thousand and One Nights, is full of magic and the world of the supernatural). And Tolkeins did not give interviews did he? (but then he is considered a serious writer). | ” |
But Tolkien did give interviews, objected the members. Well, he didn't give the same type of interviews.
Just another day in obsessive HP fan-land, until Menolike revealed that she belonged to a landed and aristocratic family, and her fandom adversaries were new money.

So, Menolike is Draco Malfoy's sockpuppet. Good to know.

Quotes
- "What the hell culture does she come from, purebred terriers perhaps?" - gun [2]
- "She sounds like a mutt from the Bronx who thinks 'degenerate old money Death Eater' would make a nice on-line persona." - Wankprophet [3]
- "What I like most about Menolike is that she always prefaces her essays/posts with stuff like "WHAT I SAY MAY BE SHOCKING TO FANS OF CHARACTER X, PLEASE BE SITTING DOWN AND HOOKED UP TO A HEART MONITOR BECAUSE I AM ABOUT TO BLOW YOU AWAY WITH MY OUTSIDE-THE-BOX THINKING, AND I KNOW IT WILL GREATLY OFFEND SOME PEOPLE BUT THAT'S A CHANCE I'M WILLING TO TAKE IN THE NAME OF TRUTH, FREEDOM, AND SNAPE'S GREYING UNDERPANTS."
And then you get to the essay only to find that you can't read it because it makes no sense and is only based in canon in the way that she occasionally refers to "Harry Potter" and lo and behold there's a series of popular kids books called "Harry Potter".
The essays never live up to the hype she creates in the headers. :( " - grrliz [4]
