Mcity, also known by "Jonn Wood" - a ridiculous shortening of his given name, Jonathan - achieved prominence on JF after writing a post on OTF Wank requesting that there would be "no furbashing". Since the wank was about furries, this left several confused. Then he did it again. He got pretty much reamed. Deservedly so.
The username is a relic from the sketchblog he never started for his crappy, now defunct webcomic. He now posts his still crappy-art over at DeviantArt, and has a pretentious punditry blog. He also whined like a little girl after being spoiled for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He also has a blood feud with LJDrama, because of said spoilers.
As hard as he tries, he's still not funny. But he has made a few funny icons, including the one here, and the justifiably famous OMG ONOZ.
