From Fandom wank wiki

Hey, thanks for cleaning up all my un-tagged stuff. :) I haven't figured out how to add to the Category pages yet. -Firebad

No worries. :) Categorying things appears to be one of my obsessions here. And it's really simple - on the post you're editing, just put at the bottom. You can even create new categories that way, Special:Categories lists all the current ones. --Mindset 08:45, 29 November 2005 (GMT)

Ah, thankee ma'am! And made simple for the tag-challenged. :) - Firebad

Thanks for cleaning up the wikiness of the Knitting entry. The bullets on the wank report links and the indentations on the layered quotes were a big help in making it easier to read. This was my first stab at adding to the wiki, so I'm taking notes on some of these more subtle formatting thingies. Also, thanks for the compliment! :)--Janegraddell 01:30, 11 July 2006 (BST)

You're quite welcome. I'm not sure how much of the techniques are entirely wikipedia-format, but they seem to look ok for this one. :) --Mindset 18:18, 13 July 2006 (BST)

Congrats on the new modship! Hnky called me the other night and among other things discussed I was like, "MOD MINDSET NOW!" Except not so commanding. :-D --Snacky 23:11, 20 September 2006 (BST)

Hee, thanks! Quick question regarding IP addresses - is there a trick to seeing them that I'm missing? Or is that not a mod thing and only a Hnky thing? --Mindset 15:41, 21 September 2006 (BST)
To the best of my knowledge, only Hnky can see them. -- Avocado 01:17, 22 September 2006 (BST)

Thanks for cleaning up and wikilinking the quotes I added. I was more worried about dumping text there before my boss noticed. ;) Miraba 19:58, 25 October 2007 (BST)

No problem, it's what I do. :) --Mindset talk 20:23, 25 October 2007 (BST)

Sparkle text only working for default skin

It's cool that you did the CCS sparkle text thing I suggested, but it the stylesheet has only been changed for the default Monobook skin, so no sparkles will be seen if you use any of the other skins. -- Khym Chanur 04:14, 29 September 2006 (BST)

Do you use a different skin? I assume most people use Monobook, but I think you're a Linux person so who knows what you might use. ;) I don't see the alternate skin CSS pages linked from the special pages section, and I'm hesitant to start making/changing them. So, I tried seeing how to do a personal skin, using Wikipedia's instructions, and didn't get anywhere. But you could try that yourself, let me know if it works.... --Mindset 07:06, 29 September 2006 (BST)

Blakefraina messing with Chancery Stone pages

User:Blakefraina has made only two edits, messing with the Chancery Stone pages. I'm betting that Blakefraina is Chancery, from what the edits were. I reverted the pages to your most recent edits, but I thought you might want to ban give Blakefraina a stern talking to. -- Khym Chanur 19:03, 8 December 2006 (GMT)

Thanks, will do. :) --Mindset 19:10, 8 December 2006 (GMT)

Christianity Brilliance

Just wanted to compliment Mindset on her additions to the Christianity entry (and thanks for her helping to clean up my stuff; still getting used to Wiki editing). Someone who brings the Funny like that definitely deserves mod status. -- TheSpie 18:29, 27 March 2007 (GMT)

Aw thanks! But in truth, I didn't do that much, mostly just confused Mary I of England and Mary I of Scotland. :) IMHO the big thanks (besides all the others who've worked on the article) belongs to Jim Smith, who made the first version of the page. --Mindset 19:19, 27 March 2007 (BST)

Rainbows and Redirects

HAI. I am from here, so yes, I know wiki fairly well ... I instinctively make redirects for slight differences in page titles -- for whatever reason I dislike having to see fans instead of fans. But I also come from a highly trafficked wiki where this is something of an issue. :) Tfo 06:06, 24 July 2007 (BST)

PS: I love that your spoiler has SPARKLE. Also, steal the rainbow template if you like -- I can provide other versions as well. Tfo 06:10, 24 July 2007 (BST)

Spambots

Oh, oops. Should have rechecked the blocklist as well as the userlist... -- Avocado 21:16, 1 October 2007 (BST)

No, it's ok -- I saw those two just joined this afternoon -- the userlist went from 806 to 808 between morning and my lunch break. --Mindset talk 21:30, 1 October 2007 (BST)
