Internet lawyer for the HMS Harmony forums. He got a Journalfen account so he could more easily argue his clients' cases in the comments.

Vanceone rarely begins a wank. He just shows up and starts defending the wankers from being ~~hanged by the neck until they are dead~~ mocked.

In his own opinion (as shown by his spree of wiki edits), he is "able to get under the skin of most OBHWF shippers, and can reduce some of them to inarticulate fury with one letter." What he thinks that letter may be, we don't really know. "V" for Vanceone?

Around the end of 2006 Vanceone deleted his Journalfen journal, but continued to post as an anonymouse. He apparently undeleted his account periodically to keep it active, should he want it, and to post to Harmonywank, then re-deleted. That particular bit of weaseling resulted in him being banned from the community by Phoenixwriter. Yes, really.

Eventually, Vanceone appeared to give up on convincing fandom_wank of his position.
