because sometimes it's just too damn hard to click that "create journal" button and post dirty gossip yourself. Also good for hiding grudgewanks.
Lately, has been infested with mice, who upon seeing a report, continue the wank in the comments. We're fairly certain they don't get the point of this community at all.
